Coaching is a tool that can be used to encourage people to think about their personal and professional goals and how to achieve them. Enabling space and time to reflect is not only validating, it is critical to learning, development and personal growth. Therapy is similar to coaching… the difference is that people tend to access therapy because something isn’t feeling quite right. Regardless of the motivation, people can benefit from working with a professional to develop self-awarness and overcome their difficulties.
We work with our clients to help formulate understanding and move things forward. Our training and expertise is recognised by both the British Psychological Society and the Health and Care Professions Council. We draw upon solution focused and positive psychology in conjunction with concepts of emotional intelligence and leadership. We help develop a clear framework from which individuals can progress.
